Who we areThis privacy policy explains how Script Global Media AB (reg. no. 559195-9407), operating under the Smartfeed Studios brand ("we", "us", "our"), collects and uses your personal data in connection with the CS BUZZ newsletter and related programs.
We are the data controller for the personal data of subscribers who sign up to CS BUZZ, and for program entrants. If you received an initial email inviting you to subscribe before you signed up, that email was sent by Challengermode AB from its own database, for which Challengermode is the data controller; this policy applies to your data from the point you subscribe to CS BUZZ with us.

What data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
Your email address — when you subscribe to CS BUZZ.
Your answers regarding content — the answer you send us when you answer an e-mail, including your name as it appears in your email.
Delivery details — if you win, the postal address you provide so we can ship your prize.
Optional winner photo — if, as a winner, you choose to provide a photo of yourself with the prize (see clause 3).
Usage data — technical and engagement data collected by our newsletter platform, such as email open and click activity, and Email engagement data (opens/clicks), IP address and user agent signals and website analytics attributes like device, browser, OS, and location.
How we use your data and our legal basis
We use your personal data as follows:
To send you the CS BUZZ newsletter — legal basis: your consent, given when you subscribe. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing.
To administer the giveaways — judging entries, selecting and contacting winners, and shipping prizes. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the giveaways and, for shipping, taking steps to deliver a prize you have entered to win.
To publish a winner's photo — only where you have chosen to provide one and consented to its publication. Legal basis: your consent.
To understand and improve engagement — using aggregated open/click data. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the newsletter.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under a data processing agreement:
Beehiiv — our newsletter subscription and delivery platform.
Shipping provider — to deliver prizes to winners (delivery address only).
Note: the initial invitation to subscribe may have been sent by Challengermode AB from its own database, under its own responsibility as controller. Once you subscribe to CS BUZZ, your data is handled by us as described in this policy.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may store or process personal data outside the EU/EEA. Beehiiv, our newsletter platform provider, may store or process personal data in the United States, and the safeguard relied on, is the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Subscriber email and data — until you unsubscribe, after which it is deleted or anonymised within three month period.
Promotion program entries — retained for three months after the relevant round, then deleted.
Winner delivery details — retained only as long as needed to ship the prize and to meet accounting or legal requirements.
Winner photos — retained for as long as used for publicity, unless you ask us to remove them earlier.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (for example by unsubscribing). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, imy.se).
